Hello, I'm Rachel 👋🏼

Rachel is a fully qualified coach who has spent the past five years working with a huge range of clients to help them move past their mental blockers, achieve their goals and live lives of purpose and meaning.

Rachel is also on her own personal journey with intuitive eating, after spending 20 years on different diets, attempting to shrink her body and believing her worth could be measured on the bathroom scales.

Having sworn off diets for life and being MUCH happier for it, she is now on a mission to help as many women as possible free themselves from toxic diet culture, know their true value and to THRIVE.
